For decades, pocket watches had been the main stage on which Patek Philippe demonstrated its skills. Even though wristwatches have taken their place, they still delight connoisseurs of rare timepieces. As the guardian of high-end watchmaking artistry, the manufacture continues to craft pocket watches in small numbers. Their aesthetic finesse remains a source of fascination. These timepieces with manually wound movements are produced in compliance with the strict directives of the Patek Philippe Seal, with regards to both artisanship and rate accuracy.

I bought it in a damaged, 18 ct case at a watch exchange. After we took it out from its original case, it received a full service. It was not necessary to replace any parts of it, because all the parts were genuine and in perfect condition.

Our primary goal was, in this case as well, to keep it in its original state. This more than 100-year-old watch shows the time with perfect accuracy and in a trustworthy way as it can always be expected from Patek Philippe watches.

Its original, white dial is scratch-free.

The unique, 14 ct case provides this special clockwork with proper protection and elegance. Its unique 14 ct case is a hand-engraved and inlaid Patek Philippe with 999.9 fine gold.
